Holiday Shipping Info & Tips
1. Order by December 10th for Christmas Delivery
Want your order to arrive by December 25th? Place your order by December 10th. Ordering after this date? It might still arrive on time, but we can’t promise it. Shipping carriers are unpredictable during the holiday rush, and we have no control once packages leave our hands.
2. Double-Check Your Shipping Info
To avoid delays, make sure all shipping details are accurate — including names, phone numbers, street addresses, and zip codes. This is especially important if you’re sending gifts to different addresses. A quick double-check can save a lot of hassle later.
3. No Guarantees on Delivery Dates
While we’ll process your order as quickly as possible, shipping carriers operate on their own timelines. We don’t offer delivery guarantees — period. This includes Christmas, birthdays, and any other special dates.
4. Gift Notes & Custom Messages
We don’t offer gift notes as part of our process. In rare cases, we may be able to modify an order to add one, but this could delay production or shipping. For this reason, we don’t recommend it.
