Holiday Shipping Info & Tips
1. Order by December 11th for Christmas Delivery
Want your order to arrive by December 25th? Place it by December 11th with Standard Shipping. If you order after that date, it might still make it, but we can’t guarantee it. Holiday carriers get unpredictable, and once a package is on the way, it’s out of our hands.
We’ll offer a custom expedited option after December 11th. It’s a clunky process, but it works. Stay tuned.
2. Double-Check Your Shipping Info
To avoid delays, make sure all shipping details are accurate — including names, street addresses, apartment numbers/letters, city spelling and zip codes. This is especially important if you’re sending gifts to different addresses. A quick double-check can save a lot of hassle later.

3. No Guarantees on Delivery Dates
While we’ll process your order as quickly as possible, shipping carriers operate on their own timelines. We don’t offer delivery guarantees — period. This includes Christmas, birthdays, and any other special dates.
4. Gift Notes & Custom Messages
We don’t offer gift notes as part of our process. In rare cases, we may be able to modify an order to add one, but this could delay production or shipping. For this reason, we don’t recommend it.
